Air Intake Filters

Millions of dollars and thousands of man hours are spent annually on industrial cooling equipment downtime repair and maintenance. Failure to provide effective air intake protection to building and other equipment fans motors condensing units and coils adds up to a costly loss of productivity and safe and efficient system operation.  Facility maintenance managers today are finding the protective fins and louvers on equipment air inlets do not offer adequate protection to keep cooling systems running cleanly and efficiently. Polypropylene media is heat stabilized and will not shed fibers, absorb moisture, or promote bacterial growth.  Designed for strength and durability this equipment protection filter is UV protected and stands up to extreme outdoor or indoor exposure, corrosive chemicals, high velocity airflow, as well as industrial cleaning and maintenance handling.  Custom made to the exact perimeter of the air intake, these filters carry a variety of design features which allow filters to be attached easily and securely with either of flexible vinyl edge or rigid steel frame.  Air intake filters can easily be brushed clean with the broom versus having to clean the delicate fins and coils with time-consuming hand brushing and messy corrosive chemicals that can damage system components and the environment.
